The Service

Church Data Partners, operated by Tepe Consulting LLC, provides Data Health assessments. This is a one-time service delivered as a written report analyzing the quality and accuracy of your church database.

Pricing

The Data Health assessment is $1,500, paid once. This is a flat rate with no hidden fees or automatic renewals.

We also offer an optional Essentials monitoring service for $249 per month. This is entirely optional and can be stopped at any time.

What We Do

We access your church management system database in read-only mode to analyze data quality. We identify duplicate records, incomplete profiles, and other data health issues. We deliver a written assessment with specific recommendations and a prioritized action plan.

What We Don't Do

We do not write to your database. We do not make changes to your records. We do not retain permanent access to your system. After the assessment is delivered, our access ends unless you purchase ongoing monitoring.

Availability

One assessment slot is available per month. After booking, we'll contact you to schedule access and delivery.

Refunds

If we are unable to complete the assessment due to technical issues on our end, we will refund your payment in full. Otherwise, all sales are final once the assessment has been delivered.
