Who We Are

Church Data Partners is operated by Tepe Consulting LLC. We provide Data Health assessments that help churches understand the quality and accuracy of their database records.

What We Collect

When you purchase a Data Health assessment, we collect your payment information through Stripe (our payment processor), your email address for communication, and read-only access to your church management system database for the duration of the assessment.

We do not write to your database. We do not retain permanent access to your system after the assessment is complete.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to deliver the Data Health assessment you purchased. This includes analyzing your database for data quality issues, generating your assessment report, and communicating with you about your results.

Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Database access is read-only, time-limited, and used only for analysis. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as required to deliver the service (such as payment processing through Stripe) or as required by law.
